    Cat leads strategy, creative development, storytelling and client partnerships across Hello's portfolio.

    With experience spanning enterprise, government, entertainment and brand campaigns, she specialises in helping organisations translate complex ideas into stories that build understanding, trust and action.

    Cat works closely with clients to define objectives, shape creative approaches and ensure every project remains connected to the outcome it is designed to achieve.

    ANDY BELL
    POST PRODUCTION & INNOVATION DIRECTOR

    Andy leads editorial, post-production, workflow innovation and technical delivery.

    With expertise spanning editorial, colour grading, motion graphics and workflow design, he oversees the systems and creative processes that enable Hello to deliver high-quality work efficiently and at scale.

    His focus on innovation ensures projects remain both creatively strong and operationally effective.

    AMELIA PEACOCKE
    EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

    Amelia leads production, client experience, delivery and operational oversight.

    She is responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly from planning through to completion, managing timelines, stakeholders, budgets and production logistics across local and international projects.

    Known for her calm, solutions-focused approach, Amelia helps clients navigate complexity with confidence.
