Cat Sainsbery

STRATEGY & CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Cat Sainsbery is co-founder and Strategy & Creative Director of Hello Television, with over 20 years across live television, international broadcast and strategic branded content.
Her career began at MTV UK before moving into production roles at Channel Nine and NBCUniversal, where she produced programming for E! and Syfy across both editorial and marketing contexts. She also holds a Fine Art degree from the University of Sydney and a Master of Arts Administration from UNSW.
At Hello, Cat leads strategy, narrative architecture and creative direction — working directly with marketing and communications leaders to define the brief, shape the message and design the content approach before a camera rolls.
Cat is the reason clients leave a project knowing exactly what they were trying to say — and believing it was their idea all along.
Andy Bell

POST PRODUCTION & INNOVATION DIRECTOR

Andy Bell is co-founder and Post-Production & Innovation Director at Hello Television, with over 23 years across broadcast, advertising and branded content production.
Before Hello, Andy spent a decade leading post-production at STW Group — working across Ogilvy and specialist production companies on major TVC campaigns. Later, he worked with numerous advertising agencies including DDB, BWM Dentsu and McCann, and served as Post-Production Supervisor on original NBCUniversal productions including The Hype for E!.
At Hello, Andy brings together two things that rarely sit in the same person: deep editorial instinct and serious technical range. He is a storyteller first — with a finely tuned sense of pace, humour, humanity and the relationship between picture and music that comes from years of craft.

He is also Hello's lead on production innovation, actively exploring how AI tools can be applied across client work — from automating production workflows to developing consistent visual character systems for AI-generated content — ensuring clients benefit from what is genuinely possible now, not just what is standard practice.
Andy is the reason the work consistently looks and feels better than the brief asked for.
Amelia Peacocke

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Amelia Peacocke is Hello Television's Executive Producer, bringing over 20 years of production experience across agency, branded content and independent studio environments.
Her career spans Engine Productions, Ogilvy, Oxygen360 and Executive Producer roles at DD8 and Splintr, before co-founding LightRise — a Sydney-based content studio working with brands including TAL, Smeg, Asahi and SBS Viceland. As Executive Producer, she led production with a philosophy grounded in stripping work back to what genuinely connects with people — an approach she carries directly into her work at Hello.
At Hello, Amelia owns the end-to-end delivery of every project — managing schedules, budgets, logistics and client experience with the kind of precision that lets the creative work breathe.
