Customer Advocacy & Capability Building Across APAC

AWS engaged Hello to help bring learner and customer success stories to life across the Asia-Pacific region.

The program was designed to showcase the real-world impact of AWS Training & Certification, helping prospective learners, customers and internal stakeholders understand what transformation looks like in practice.

AWS needed a way to move beyond course descriptions and statistics by showing the real experiences of people and organisations applying new skills in the real world.

Across multiple countries and cultures, the stories needed to feel authentic, relatable and locally relevant while remaining aligned to a global program.

Training and certification programs often create meaningful outcomes, but those outcomes can be difficult to communicate at scale.
