Over a multi-year partnership, Hello has worked with Merivale to create learning, leadership and workforce capability content designed to support one of Australia's largest hospitality employers.
From leadership frameworks and performance programs to onboarding and workplace learning initiatives, the work has focused on helping Merivale scale knowledge, strengthen leadership capability and create alignment across a large and diverse workforce.
For large and distributed organisations, capability-building isn't simply about providing information. It’s about helping people understand expectations, apply new knowledge and build confidence in real-world situations.
