Over a multi-year partnership, Hello has worked with Lincoln Place to develop brand and campaign content designed to support one of Australia's fastest-growing retirement living operators.

From national brand campaigns and community launches to retail offers and ongoing campaign optimisation, the work has focused on helping Lincoln Place build trust, differentiate communities and support growth across multiple markets.

Lincoln Place needed a content platform capable of supporting both long-term brand building and immediate sales objectives while remaining flexible enough to scale across a growing portfolio of communities.

Alongside the broader brand campaign, Hello worked with Lincoln Place to create a testimonial-led campaign featuring resident Sylvia Stock.

The campaign centred on Sylvia's lived experience, using authentic storytelling to build trust, address common concerns and help prospective residents better understand the realities of retirement community living.

Rather than relying solely on marketing claims, the work allowed potential residents to hear directly from someone who had already made the decision themselves — creating credibility, reassurance and emotional connection.
